Si j'ai bien compris on agit sur l'objectif en resserrant des vis pour centrer l'image.
Je ne savais même pas qu'on pouvait toucher à un objectif (je vais en faire sourire certains)

Rassure toi Phil, je n'ai jamais non plus démonté d'objectif de microscope...

as tu acheté cet outil?
l'as tu utilisé?
si oui, peut tu nous faire une démonstration en images stp?

Bonjour Daniel,
Non, je n'ai pas acheté cet outil, je suis juste allé voir comment il fonctionne. Je vais dès ce soir vérifier que mes objectifs sont correctement collimatés comme indiqué et le cas échéant pourquoi ne pas faire l'acquisition d'un M.U.C.O. et tenter l'opération ?

je ne testerai donc pas le M.U.C.O.
Les bulles de savons ressemblent à ça avec tous les objectifs :

Perhaps there is a displacement in the superior left side
Please check other time and take the focus more below for see the circle light, you will can see that not touch all sides at same time

Please check other time and take the focus more below for see the circle light, you will can see that the light not touch all sides at same time and you will see a little line without covering by the light
But if you are not totaly sure , do not worry, but think one thing , if you have tried the bubble test is because you are watching that your objective not runs well

This deviation seems the typical caused for tighten the screw of the lens, if is there when you go to collimate , you will should compensate the movement of the lens , tightening the screws of collimation of M.U.C.O. and, if is not enough , compensate the movement displacing the lens slightly to the opposite side, or not tighten the screw of the lens too much
ALSO is very important take the focus to bellow to see the circle light, this circle is the best reference point for get a perfect collimation
