Bonjour,
je crains qu'il s'agit encore du mème document officiel d'annonces (BOPI) de l'été 2012. Sur la page 15111, on y voit la publication pour l'obtention d'un "Modelo de utilidad" (modèle d'utilité). Ceci n'est pas un "Patente"/brevet (qui sont traités sur les pages antérieures)!

Je ne veux pas faire des jugements sur l'appareil, que je ne connais que par ses annonces, mais qui a l'air assez utile, mais il faut quand même pas exagérer...

Il me semblait que publicité et démarchage commercial étaient interdits sur "Le Naturaliste", les statuts dudit forum étant acceptés ipso-facto lors de l'inscription du membre. C'est valable pour tout le monde...

Je pense qu'il s'agit d'un malentendu fondamental: un brevet n'est pas instrumenté/émis par l'inventeur du brevet, mais du bureau des brevets.
