A ce prix-là, une loupe zoom avec éclairage en plus...... Une Bausch and Lomb, c'est correct, c'est pas du chinois.....

The price is quite low. But it is not a terribly desirable stereoscope.
There are many models of the Bausch and Lomb StereoZoom and this one is a special low end one for educational purposes.
Even the best Bausch and Lomb StereoZooms have mirrors rather than prisms to erect the image.
I would not cry over it. The price is quite low though.

Thanks for this additional information. These models are quite rare in Europe but benefit from a pretty good reputation (desserved or not....). You can not compare it with the most valuable Wild but for some 30 bucks the B&L can help some amateur with limited possibilities.

I did not pay attention to whether it was, a sale price, or an auction. At the price mentioned, it is a good deal.
A mediocre stereoscope is better than no stereoscope, for certain. It will make you want to get a Wild
